Research Tool not working
I use the research tool in Excel 2003 extensively, usually using Thomson Gale
Company Profiles. I am now getting a error just when I try to use the Thomson Gale database (it works for an MSN search.) The error says: Sorry, no company found. Error: OraOLEDB Error: ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified. Error: Create temp table failed: TempTable Can you help me resolve this? Thank you! |
