I have many .csv files every month that I import into Excel to review.
Majority of the fields are aligned so that the data is in the correct column. However there are always a number of rows in these .csv files that do not align with the rest. I must then go in and manually put the fields in the correct location. They are usually the same number of fields off but not always such as the row starts in Column D instead of column A. Is there some way I can do something to align these rows? I don't know if there is something I can do before I import the file or if I need to do something once it's in Excel. I would appreciate any help you could give as this is a very time consuming job. Thanks! |
