Default add same header to entire workbook

Group the sheets: click on the tab of Sheet1; hold SHIFT; click on tab of
last sheet.
Note how all sheets tabs have the same shading/colour when grouped
File | PageSetUp and add headers/footers
Ungroup sheets by clicking an sheet tab
best wishes

My usual add-on<g

One caveat with this method.

ALL print settings except for print range and rows to repeat at top will be
changed to that of the activesheet.

So, if you wish to maintain different margins or other sheet settings for
each sheet, do not use this method.
