Is it possible to use the same header and footer for the entire workbook so
that I don't have to put it on each worksheet? I can't seem to find any information on this. |

Jackie,
group all the sheets together (use Right-click on the tab) then do File | Page Setup | Headers & Footers (tab) then Custom Header and set it up how you want it and the same for Custom Footer. OK your way out of this, and don't forget to ungroup the sheets at the end. Every sheet will now have the same header and footer. Hope this helps. lick on the tab for the first sheet; hold SHIFT and click on the tab for the
last sheet. The tabs now all have the same 'colour' - the sheets are said to be grouped. Use File | Page Setup, open the Sheet tab and set the headers and footers as needed. best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme www.stfx.ca/people/bliengme remove caps from email "jackiemac1595" wrote in message ...
