Default Rotating linked text boxes

I am using excel 2003. I am editing a form with 2 panes. The top pane (a
logo and linked text boxes inside an autoshape) must be rotated 90 degrees
and moved to the right of the bottom pane. I will be placing a chart in the
bottom pane that I would like to display vertically while editing on the
computer, but print out with the header (top pane) to the right in a
landscape style.

How do I rotate the logo (picture), linked text boxes, and autoshapes 90
degrees?

Thanks,
