Default how do I display cell formulas in Excel 2007

In previous versions of Excel, all cells could be made to display their
formulas but in 2007 I can find how to do that.

You may also select all cells, Open teh Formulas tab, and choose Show
Formulas from eth formula audint group. If you are displaying in smaller than
full screen window you may not see that option, but it is there!
