Default Pivot Table Source Data - XL2007

We have an Excel tracking form with multiple pivot tables, that we send out
to our clients. We recently started sending out a version in Excel 2007,
since more of our customers are switching to Excel 2007. Every time the file
is e-mailed the pivot tables stop functioning because the pivot table data
source references a folder on the original users computer, even though the
data source doesn't reference any specific folders before it is e-mailed as
an attachment. This happened a few times in XL2003, but hardly ever. Is
there any way to prevent this from happening?
