Default shared workbook,

When opening, it says "locked for editing by someone" even though that person
is not even signed on

Default shared workbook,

Hi,
That means that the file was locked by that person it doesn't matter if
he/her is loging in, that person is the one that can open and authorize
others to use the file or give read only access

If this was helpful please say yes. Thank you
