Default how do i retrieve my excel file from temporary files folder

i downloaded an excel file from my yahoomail, made changes to it and ten
clicked save instead of save as. how do i find this edited file on my
computer?

Look in (or one of the subdirectories)

C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp

Or Open another file from Yahoo,
Choose SAVE AS and note the directory.
Your earlier file might be in that directory...

Or
Use Windows Search.
