Default hiding folders

Hi, i am sorry to ask this question here but if anyone know about how can i
hide my account folder located in Disk(D) with password protection.please
give me any suggesion regarding above ,any free sofware for that.

Not an Excel issue.

If using WindowsXP see help on "permissions"
