I would like to know how to control how many rows of data are displayed when
refreshing a pivot table. I have used the "Sort and Top 10" feature, but am wondering if there is a way to show maybe a pre-defined set number of rows and then sort it in descending order - say top 25, or top 50, or top ?? (instead of just being limited to the Top 10). Is there a way to do this? Thank you!! -- MK |
