Pivot Table - Controlling how many rows of data are displayed in t

I would like to know how to control how many rows of data are displayed when
refreshing a pivot table. I have used the "Sort and Top 10" feature, but am
wondering if there is a way to show maybe a pre-defined set number of rows
and then sort it in descending order - say top 25, or top 50, or top ??
(instead of just being limited to the Top 10).

Is there a way to do this? Thank you!!

Hi,

I'm puzzled how you set the top 10 without being able to do any other
number?

2003:
Suppose your data field is "Population" and the row field is State. Double
click the State field button and choose Advanced. On the right turn on Top
10 AutoShow and set the number to anything you want.

2007:
Open the filter drop down for the State field and choose Value Filters, Top
10, and pick any number you want.

If this helps, please click the Yes button
