To help you get better help in the future, "squares" are "cells" in Excel
parlance. Everyone knows what a cell is, not everyone will know what you mean by a square. Regards, Fred. "Brenda" wrote in message ... I am trying to type in 2 lines in one square so the square is not to long. Is this possible |

Hi,
since you have used the word "square" it suggests you may not know of the command Format, Cells, Alignment, Wrap Text. This command forces word wrap. The Alt+Enter command allows you to control where the word wrap occurs within your text, but if you don't care then the Wrap Text option is easier to apply to multiple cells. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button Cheers, Shane Devenshire "Brenda" wrote: I am trying to type in 2 lines in one square so the square is not to long.
