Default excel 2003 spreadsheet scrolling

I have numbers in col A and B in rows 1-10.In col C1, I enter =A1+B1 and the
correct # shows in cell C1.When I scroll down the same # shows in the lower
cols
but the formula in each cell is correct. For example cell C6 shows =A6+B6
Help, please

Try

Tools|Options - Calculation tab and select automatic.
