Using ~ as a delimiter for Excel file saves
Would like to save Excel spreadsheet as a CSV file using the delimiter "~"

Using ~ as a delimiter for Excel file saves
CSV means Comma Separated Values so if saved with "~" de-limiter it could
not be a CSV What you do is save as a *.TXT file. Using ~ as a delimiter for Excel file saves
Maybe you can temporarily change the windows list separator (under the control
