When I open Excel now, there is no Format category or title, I don't
know what you call it, in the main bar with:

File Edit View Insert Tools Data Windows Help.

I subliminally remember it happening, but I can visualize what I did
to lose it. Now, how do I get it back?

It's poosible that you may be able to reset it by right clicking on
the tool bars and selecting customize...
Once there select the options tab and click on reset

I tried resetting but nothing happned. FORMAT still does not appear
in the menu bar. When I went to customize I also tried to go to
rearrange commands but under the menu bar category, FORMAT was not
there, although it appears in the commands menu of the customize box.
