Hello, is there a way to delete several ; besides going through the
replacement process and put the ; in the "find" space and put a space in the
"replace" space. Mindy

That's about the easiest way I know of to do that if the task is a
one-time thing. If you need to do this over and over you could record a
macro as you do it manually and then just run the macro whenever you need to
do it again. HTH Otto
