How can I change column titles back to numbers?
When I created a current spreadsheet it had the normal alphas as column
headings. Now for some reason (don't know what I did) they have changed to numbers and now the cell address for A1 is R1C1. How can I change it back? |

How can I change column titles back to numbers?
Click TOOLS in the menu & select OPTIONS. Click the GENERAL tab in the
OPTIONS dialog box and remove the check mark from the R1C1 REFERENCE STYLE checkbox. -- Kevin Backmann "Gamer" wrote: When I created a current spreadsheet it had the normal alphas as column headings. How can I change column titles back to numbers?
Tools, Options, General tab and remove tick in R1C1 box.

In xl2003 menus:
Tools|Options|General tab|uncheck R1C1 reference style. Gamer wrote: When I created a current spreadsheet it had the normal alphas as column headings.
