Hi,
Tell us precisely what you used to be able to do in Lotus123 because the Excel method of selecting a bunch of cells with the mouse and tapping CTRL+c sounds remarkably like what your saying Lotus could do. I misread your post. I don't know of any way of selecting a paste area before you copy the cells in Excel.
