Hi,
I have a table of in/out times drawn from a attendance device. This data is too big and it has repeatition of one name for eg. Ramesh is repeated continously for each day of jan along with his in and out timings, in this way there are almost 900 people in our org. Now what i want is each persons name only once along with all other details and the remaining rows i want them to be deleted as they are of no use. So this way i want only 900 names each in one row. Is there a short cut to this may be a short cut key or a macro. |
