Default Excel Mobile - password protection?

How do I setup an Excel2007 workbook to sync with my phone (running Mobile
6.1) and have the excel file be password protected? Or, at least, limit
access to the spreadsheet? I tried using the password option and excel
mobile says that it can't open password protected items.
Do I need to choose only certain items to be protected? Or just the
worksheet? Or something else?
I hope I've posted this in the right place - I'm not finding the Windows
Mobile forums to have a very user-friendly interface.
Thanks in advance.
