My company has a purchase order sheet in Excel with a Total Amount cell and a
dropdown list for selecting GL Account numbers. We want to export the Total Amount cell to a second workbook where the column headers are the different GL Account numbers. The Total Amount would need to fall into the proper Account column based on the Account number that was selected on the Purchase Order sheet. How could I do this? I tried to do something with XML but it didn't work. Do I need to try something in Visual Basic? |
