Default Excel pivot tables

Does anyone know if Excel 2007 can be customized so that:
1) all pivot tables generated, regardless of which workbook, use a
particular font + size
2) the sheet generated by double-clicking on a datapoint within a pivot
table will appear with a particular font + size? I thought the new sheet
format might be governed by the SHEET.XLT file but that appears to not be the
case (?)

Thanks.
