Default Excel Pivot Tables

I have a database that has about 85,000 records. Due to client requirements,
I need to use Excel and create pivot tables. However, as you know, an excel
sheet only has space for about 65,500 records. I can split the data over 2
sheets, but how can I create a pivot table that uses both sheets?

XL pivot tables do not have the 64k limit. If you hook the pivot table
directly to the database then you can have up to 1 million records. When you
are creating your pivot table the first screen in the wizard is Data Source.
If you select external then you can browse for the database and off you go.
If you still want to use mutiple sheets instead of an external data source
then you would just select Multiple Consolidation Ranges on the same place in
the wizard.
