You can also do it this way MenubarFormatCellsNumber tabDateRegional settings or Right click on the cellFormatCellsNumber tabDateRegional settings -- _______________________ Click "Yes" if it helps ________ Thanks Suleman Peerzade "Geoff" wrote: Using MS excel 2003, the date in spreadsheet is showing as NZ / Australia format, the date in menu bar up top is showing in the American format.
