Default Adding a new template spread sheet on the first day of a new month

I have a need to add and new worksheet from a template to a work book on the
start of a calender month.

I have an input sheet that when i click a custom button adds the data from
cells b6 through G6 to the next line of a work sheet labelled with the month
(eg January 08) but what i need is this, Some way to do the following

when the custom button is clicked Excel will load a new worksheet based on
the template.

Then add a name to the worksheet.

Then enter the data into the first line of the worksheet allocated for data
entry. i.e cell D4 through H4 and then be able to repeat the process through
to the next month.

Is this possible i have looked at many books and cannot find out if this is
possible.

Thanks in advance

I think you didn't give enough details.

Is that template worksheet just another worksheet in the workbook (maybe a
hidden sheet) or is it a sheet in a different workbook (*.xlt)?

I bet you could record a macro that would get you very close to what you want,
too.

I'd start there and post back when you have questions.
