I have a pivot table which is pulling the data from our accounting software
which shows our purchase history for our vendors (several hundred) for the
current & prior year and also our budget. I have filtered the pivot table to
include only the vendors I want to track but everytime I refresh the pivot
table it automatically includes any new vendors so I have to try and figure
out which ones it has added and take the check mark off.

Is there any way to freeze my filtered list so that new vendors get added
only to the list that is available and not with a check mark so their data
gets added to the pivot table? I have the vendor names in the row and the
current, prior and budget information in the columns.
