Cell Deletion
Hi,
Yes you can but if you want to move the data down you have to insert a cell. Anyway to insert or delete a cell position yourself in the cell which you want to delete, right click in the mouse delete and it will open some options, select move up and click OK. If you want to insert, same procedure but when the options show up select move data down "SiH23" wrote: Is it possible to delete a single cell in Column A to move the data down by one cell to correctly align with data to the left. Cell Deletion
Hi,
Do one thing probably this migh help you, keep the cursor on the cell you want to move data of and Crtl+(+) key this will open a small window (insert window) giving options as 1. shift cells righ, 2. shift cells down, 3. entire row, 4. entire column. Tick the radio button of shift cells down and Ok by doing this the data in that particular cell will be shifted down and then you can match that data as per the other column. -- _______________________ Click "Yes" if it helps ________ Thanks Suleman Peerzade "SiH23" wrote: Is it possible to delete a single cell in Column A to move the data down by one cell to correctly align with data to the left.
