In b3,c3,d3,e3 i want to enter a formula that should search the a3 cell and
locate the result in b3 or c3 or d3 or e3 if the a3 = b1 or c1 or d1 or e1 at
the same time the result should be produced in the corresponding month column
only
(ie) if a3=feb then the result should produce 0 in b3, d3, e3 but in c3 the
result should be 25.
(ie) if a3=mar then the result should produce 0 in b3, c3, e3 but in d3 the
result should be 17.
