Default Excel workbooks

In a workbook, how do I set up the same header across worksheets without
having to create each one individually?

Select first sheet then right-click on sheet tab and "select all sheets"

Enter your header and will be done to all sheets.

DO NOT FORGET to ungroup the sheets when setting the header is complete.
