Default Using MSQuery on a tab in the current workbook

I have a dataset that I import from a SharePoint site that contains many
years of data. This is being returned into a tab of my workbook. How can I
use MSquery to copy on the last 365 days of data into another worksheet?
I need to pivot and chart the last 12 months of data each time I update the
spreadsheet and from what I can see the filters available do not have a "Last
12 months" option. This I thought would be a good work around.
