Default Alt Enter

I have a lot of ' ALT Enter's' In my worksheet. Therefore the writing of the
rest of my work sheet is not lining up properly
How can I undo them without having to retype all?

Thanks

Default Alt Enter

Do you want to change them to a space character?

Select the range to fix (all the cells???)
Edit|replace
what: ctrl-j (hold the control key while hitting the j key)
with: (spacebar)
replace all
