Default The default data type in one of my workbooks has become "date"

Normally the default data type in any cell in excel is "general" I don't know
what has gone wrong but now all the cells in all the worksheets in this
workbook have started showing data type as "date". My other excel files are
behaving well. If I fire up excel the default book 1 is showing data type as
general. There is no virus. I ran NAV 2009 updated. I have office 2007 on my
system. I suspect this has come from another computer where also I work and
the chage has occured there. I'll check if the basic excel file there has
changed. if so what should \i do and if not how do i change the deafult data
type to "general" I have around 25 worksheets in this workbook and changing
everything will be a big pain.

Sincerely,

Dr Alok Modi MD
