Default GO TO SPECIAL (WITHIN EDIT MENU IN 2003)

I am converting to the upgraded EXCEL and can not find out how to use EDIT menu
CTRL+G function and chosing the Blanks choice to fill down or fill up.

Just use Ctrl-G, it still works.
