Default Redundent Data in Excel

Hi Guys,
I have basically two Query, Appreciate if anyone can add
valuable suggestions.......

1 Redundent Data in Excel: I have got a Excel and trying to run a
pivot on it. Problem is: Like for ex. i have got a excel contains two
columns Refs: and Break, now for every refs there can be more than one
break, Please see below example, now i need to create a pivot which
shows the Count of Ref: and the all the break. Its bit tricky, any
suggestions will be highly appriciable.

Break Refs
break1 555
break2
break3 666
break4 777
break5
break6
break7
break8 888
break9 999
break10

2 ) I wan to get the filter of total in Pivot, if i wanna see the
total greater than 3 how can i get.

Count of Ref
Break Type Total
Break1 1
Break2 5
Break3 4
Break4 3

Many Thanks for your early response.

Regards,
