Default Worksheet Protection

I'm looking for HELP on the EXCEL Worksheet Protect.
I'd made a table for customer to fill-in. But I need to 'LOCK' the formats,
columns and headings before sending out to my customers.
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
I had tried all the steps from MS Help!
Thankyou.

Ensure that all the cells requiring input are unlocked first. Select
Tools|Protection|Protect Sheet. Untick the option to select locked cells,
insert a password (for what that is worth), click OK, and retype the password
when requested to, and you are ready

Thank you for your help.
But I had tried all of the cells, and still don't know which one is correct.
Can you please be specific to tell me which cell is correct?

Say you want your customers to enter data only in cells B3; B5; B8; C15 and
B20.
Right click on each of these cells, select Format Cells|Protection. Make
sure that Locked is unticked, so that the cell is no longer protected.

Then protect your worksheet as I indicated. You will now only be abe to go
to the unprotected cells. If you Tab or Enter, you should move from B3 to B5
to B8 and so on.
