I have used the "paste and link" function to paste a graph from Excel to
Word, however, I can only open the link in my own computer that create these
2 files.
If I open the word file in other computers, the word file cannot show that
the graph is link to the Excel file, it shows that the graph was only use the
"copy and paste" fuction.
I want to why is this happen? Did I do anything wong in the files?
Please help~Thx~

Default Paste and Link

When you paste into word do it from the menu Edit - Paste Special. Make sure
you paste the Excel object and the "Paste Link" is NOT selected.

P.S. I'm using the microsoft excel 2007

Default Paste and Link

If other people need to use the file then they have to have the Network drive
mapped with the same letter and path that you have linked on your PC and have
the permission to access the Excel file.

From an windows explorer go to Tools - disconnect Netwrok Drive to see how
the drive is mapped on each PC.
