Default Excel 2007 Row Height

I have a spreadsheet where autofit does not work consistantly. Some rows are
ok, while others have half of the last line cut off even more rows have
several lines cut off. I have read many of the previous posts on this issue
and offer the following:

1. There are NO merged cells. I tried entering the code mentioned in earlier
posts, but that still did not work.
2. The font is Tahoma, however, I tried changing the font to Arial and had
the same issue.
3. There are less than 1024 characters in the cells in question. However, I
tried putting a <return in the cell, to no avail.

Any ideas as to what is causing my rows not to autofit?

Thanks
Shawn
