Hi,
That's not a question that's easily answered because it depends what's on those sheets. With empty sheets and with a fairly high end machine I have no difficulty creating more than 1000 sheets in a workbook but start populating them with formats, data and named ranges etc then that number decreases significantly. all i suggest is you experiment.
