Hi all
I have an job that requires the contents of a cell to change color depending on how many weeks there are yet to run before the job is due. ie a visual 'heads up' of what is coming up. Contents or text would follow like this - If due this week, RED, if due next week, orange, if due in two weeks, yellow, if due in 3 weeks, green. As the project is based on week numbers, it would be best for the formula to based on that. Regards Roger |

If you have 3 conditions or less, you can use the Conditional Formatting
option under the Format menu. You can specify the cell value for the conditional format or you can select "Formula Is" under the drop down and type your formula there. -Sharon "Roger" wrote: Hi all I have an job that requires the contents of a cell to change color depending on how many weeks there are yet to run before the job is due. ie a visual 'heads up' of what is coming up. Thanks Sharon,
The Conditional Formatting is a little limited for what I want to do. I'd like more options than the 3 provided for, but I'm not sure about how to do it...! Roger "Sharon" wrote in message ...
