Default Clear "Help Task Pane"

I downloaded a 2009 Excel Calendar template from Microsoft's web site and
everytime I open it the Template Help Taks Pane opens on the right hand side
of the screen. From the Tool Bar under View I unchecked the Task Pane and it
closes but comes back each time I open the spreadsheet. How do I get rid of
it ?

Thanks
