Default Macro orVB Program to email a worksheet

I am now with a new company. I had a macro or VB program to email a
worksheet, which I got from this forum. All one had to do was click the
button with the program assigned to it and the worksheet would be emailed. I
am using Excel 2003. Thanks from before and thanks again if you can help
me!!!
