Default Allowing Macros and Links in Excel 2007

Hello,

I'm working in Excel 2007 and every time I open a file with Links Excel
disables the content. I would like to change the settings so that Excel does
not disable the Contents in the file.

I Open the Trust Center dialog box and made some changes, but Excel still
disables the links.... Am I missing an option?

Please Help
