I have a data block, wish to remove rows of data. Have filtered the ones I
want to remove. High-lighting the visible ones I wish to remove - either crtl delete rows or delete to blank them and it is removing the data from the rows not visible. Have trouble also with colouring (colours hidden rows) and copying data formulars (copies formulars into hidden rows).....never had this issue in MS2003. I am saving the files in compatability mode 97_2003 - is this causing the trouble? |

Hi Nita
If it copy all the data (there are a few reports of 2007 users) use also the shortcut Alt ; or F5SpecialVisible cells onlyOK to select only the Visible cells. -- Regards Ron de Bruin http://www.rondebruin.nl/tips.htm "Nita" wrote in message ...
