Default Where is the Lotus transition key command?

Using Excel 2007, where is the command that used to be under Tools/Options
for the Lotus transition command? Hit "Home" and it goes to A1. Hit "Tab"
and it tabs right an entire page.

It's at the bottom of the Advanced section of Excel Options.
