how can I enter double space in word ..

To break for a new line within a cell (like a hard carriage return),
press Alt+ENTER where you want it to break

p/s: Pl use a meaningful subject line for future posts

Hi,

Excel is not a word processor, if you want two spaces between each word or
letter in a cell you will need to type them in manually. If you want the
lines to wrap and be double spaces then you will need to press Alt+Enter
twice between each line in the cell.

If you are using Excel 2007 you may have a little more control if the text
is in a shape or is Word Art.

Cheers,
Shane Devenshire
