Hi,

Excel is not a word processor, if you want two spaces between each word or
letter in a cell you will need to type them in manually. If you want the
lines to wrap and be double spaces then you will need to press Alt+Enter
twice between each line in the cell.

If you are using Excel 2007 you may have a little more control if the text
is in a shape or is Word Art.
