Default Header rows

Is it possible to have the first 2 rows as "header rows" when sorting columns
in alphabetical order, meaning that the first two rows remain at the top,
whilst the rest of the rows get sorted?

Thanks

The only ways I am aware of are either:

1. Merge rows 1 and 2.

2. highlight from Row 2 to bottom of the list, then do your sort. Should
force Row 2 as your header.

3. If you just want to make the information to wrap, use wrap text or
Alt+Enter to make a second row in the same cell.

Yes. Select the range of rows & columns you want sorting, then sort.

Check this out- so you know how you can select the entire worksheet with the
upper left hand corner "grey" cell? Then when you want to sort, open the
sort box and it gives you the option of selecting "Header Row" from the area
"My Data Range Has...". If you double click on Header Row, it will choose
header row, unselect the first row then it will automatically close that box.
Then you can reopen sort, choose header row then it will unselect the 2nd
row.
I just stumbled accross this- hope it helps.
