Can portions of lines be displayed in 2 diff formats simultaneously in the
same graph? For example, can I have one graphed data line be displayed as a solid line from months Jan thru April with months May through Dec being displayed as a dashed line? |

Hi,
Yes. One of the ways is to do it manually, select the line on the chart and then single click one of the segements you want formatted differently, this is a data point. Choose Format, Selected Data Point, and on the Patterns tab change the line properties. Repeat this for each of the data points. You can use Format Data Point, rather than Format Data Series, but if there
are many points in the range you'll be better splitting the line into 2 series. -- David Biddulph "Ish" wrote in message ...
