Default MS Office 2003 and Vista

I have Excel as part of my MS office 2003 suite currently on Windows XP. If
I buy a new computer with Vista, will this program continue to work?

Yes, I was running office for teacher and student version 2003 on XP and
switch to vista and have had no problems with office 2003 on it yet

Excel 2003 will work fine under Vista. I have Excel 2000 through Excel
2007 all on a Vista (Ultimate) box and they all work fine.

Hi,

The operating system has no effect. You can run Office 2003 in XP or Vista.
You run Office 2007 in XP or Vista. The only difference from a practicle
standpoint is that things run slower under Vista.

Cheers,

Provided you purchased a Retail version of MS Office 2003, you may
transfer the suite to the new PC. If it came with the old PC as an OEM
version, it may not be installed elsewhere.
